VAIYA is committed to customer satisfaction, and want you to have the best experience possible when shopping with us. We understand that there are occasional challenges associated with shopping online, and hope that we can avoid returns and exchanges to the best of our abilities.
In order to return or exchange an item, it must be unworn, with original tags and proof of purchase (receipt).
Certain items cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE
- clearance/reduced items
- apothecary/body care
- VAIYA will allow returns of online purchases to the physical store location at no charge to the customer. You may return any purchase to the store for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, and exchange for store credit within 30 days.
- VAIYA will not refund shipping if items were shipped to the customer.
- Store credit is applied as a Gift Card, which is transferable and can be used in either the online or physical store location. It will not expire.
- VAIYA will accept returns from online purchases as long as they are eligible for return and are unworn/used. Final Sale guidelines apply
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to store, unless it can be determined that the exchange is the fault of the store (we shipped the wrong item to customer). The cost of the return is to be paid by the customer: including any duties or charges.
- VAIYA will in some cases ship a replacement/exchange however this is up to the discretion of the store owner. In the incidence that the customer has changed their mind - the cost of shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
- Tracking number is required for any returned items. No refund will be issued until returned products have reached the store and have been approved by Management
- Please note: for orders shipped to the USA we do not accept returns. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs charges added to orders once they are shipped.
